Blind update tool

For Blind Update Submissions, the MSATS Market Settlement and Transfer Solutions. The procedures published by AEMO under clause 7.2.8 of the National Electricity Rules, which include those governing the recording of financial responsibility for energy flows at a connection point, the transfer of that responsibility between market participants, and the recording of energy flows at a connection point. Web Portal has new interfaces for:

• Submission A Bid/Offer submission can have: 1. Multiple Trading Days 2. Multiple DUIDs/LinkIDs 3. All Service Types in the same Submission uploads.

• Viewing and searching all submissions and responses regardless of the interface used.

For Participant User A Participant ID's users created and maintained by the Markets Portal PA in the URM. access to Blind Updates, see User Rights Management (URM).

The MSATS menu has a new Blind Updates option under the Transactions.
