Participant administrators have new User Rights Management (URM User Rights Management; see the Guide to URM on AEMO's website) entities for managing their Participant User A Participant ID's users created and maintained by the Markets Portal PA in the URM. access to submit, view, or download Blind Updates:

• Blind Update Tool Allows participants to submit a csv formatted payload containing data for new CATS Standing Data fields requiring a value A limited subset of CATS CR validations is applied to a BUT Submission The History Model is not updated so not suitable for Settlement or Compliance Standing Data Screens

Consumer Data Right (CDR)

Retail Participant Administrators assign the following interactive entity to their Participant User to allow access to the CDR APIs:

• CDR - Energy The unit must be a generator for the service type: ‘energy’. Loads cannot bid for mandatory restrictions capacity. API Application Programming Interface; a set of clearly defined methods of communication between various software components. access
