The drop-down fields for the CATS Customer Administration and Transfer Solution. A set of procedures, principles and obligations made under the National Electricity Rules as part of Market Settlement and Transfer Solutions (MSATS), and applicable to NMI (National Metering Identifier) small and large classifications. METER REGISTER values are:

  1. Null: Means do not change the current value.

  2. Space Out Existing Value: Means erase the current value.

  3. FAIL: Specifies the new value.

  4. PASS: Specifies the new value.
